The core foundation of E-Star's success hinges on strategic and systematic approach to engineering, cost and project management and total facilities management from feasibility stage till operation stage including obtainment of CCC, Certificate of Fitness (CF), OC, Ready For Equipment (RFE), Tools Install/Hook-up & etc.
